Position Overview:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and managing client relationships. You will work closely with clients to identify their insurance needs and provide tailored solutions that ensure their long-term satisfaction. Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Prospecting & Research: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess client needs in both commercial and personal insurance.
- Networking & Outreach: Actively pursue leads through cold calling, networking, and social media, scheduling meetings to understand client needs.
- Presentations & Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, showcasing our products and services tailored to each potential client.
- Negotiating & Closing Deals: Use your expertise to negotiate favorable terms and close deals, ensuring client needs are fully met.
- Account Servicing: Maintain strong client relationships and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Exceed Sales Goals: Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets, contributing to the growth and revenue of the agency.
Daily Tasks:
- Make a set number of cold calls and client calls, logging them into the operating system.
- Create follow-up tasks and activity logs for each client to ensure all leads are pursued.
- Move promising leads through the sales funnel to closing.
- Provide ongoing post-sale account servicing, ensuring all client needs are met.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Proven experience in a sales role, preferably within the insurance industry.
- Licensing: Must obtain a P&C Producer license within 90 days of employment.
- Sales Expertise: Strong knowledge of commercial and personal insurance products, marketing, and negotiation strategies.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for presenting insurance solutions and building relationships.
- Tech-Savvy: Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office; quick to adapt to new technologies.
