- Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' well-being.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients by performing light housekeeping tasks.
- Collaborate with family members, nurses, social workers, and other healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care.
- Support clients in engaging with their community through social activities or appointments as needed.
Experience
- Previous experience in home health care or caregiving is preferred.
