We’re hiring a Full-Time Groundskeeper to help uphold that reputation. From sparkling clean firepit areas to perfectly prepped outdoor spaces, you’ll play a key role in creating the Swan Bay experience our guests rave about.

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure outdoor common areas are consistently spotless, welcoming, and guest-ready
- Clean and maintain high-traffic areas like fire pits, patios, picnic zones, and walkways
- Remove trash and debris from grounds and empty receptacles frequently
- Power wash surfaces and outdoor furniture as needed
- Restock firewood, assist with supply runs, and help keep public areas organized
- Assist with event setup and takedown (tables, signs, tents, etc.)
- Perform light maintenance tasks as needed (painting touch-ups, signage, general upkeep)
- Be responsive to team and guest needs, always with a positive attitude and attention to detail
