Swan Bay Resort & Marina is looking for a creative, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented team player to join us as a Marketing Assistant & Kids Recreation Coordinator. This part-time, 25-hour-per-week position (Thursday–Sunday, 10 AM – 4 PM) plays a vital role in both marketing and family engagement. Flexibility is required for special events and peak seasons.

What You’ll Do:
Marketing & Social Media
- Capture engaging content (photos, videos, graphics) for social media, newsletters, and promotions to showcase family-friendly activities, events, and resort experiences.
- Assist in event marketing, helping to promote kids’ activities and seasonal programs through various channels.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm ideas and track campaign performance.
Kids Recreation & Family Activities
- Plan and lead fun, interactive activities for children, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment.
- Engage with kids and families, making their experience memorable and enjoyable.
- Communicate with parents and guests about schedules, events, and safety guidelines.
Event Support & Administrative Tasks
- Assist in event setup, execution, and breakdown, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Maintain organized records for kids’ activities and marketing efforts.
- Support the team with other duties as needed during peak times or special events.
