Painter

At Swan Bay Resort & Marina, we believe every detail matters—from how we welcome our guests to how we maintain our beautiful spaces. We’re looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Painter to join our team full-time for the season. If you have experience with interior and exterior painting, along with some general maintenance skills, and take pride in craftsmanship, this could be the perfect role for you!

What You’ll Do:

•     Paint and refresh interior and exterior surfaces across the resort, ensuring a high-quality, long-lasting finish.
•     Prepare work areas, including sanding, patching, taping, and priming.
•     Select and apply appropriate paints, stains, and finishes for different surfaces.
•     Maintain painting tools and equipment, ensuring safe and efficient operation.
•     Assist with minor maintenance tasks to keep the resort in peak condition.
•     Work safely and efficiently at various heights, following all safety guidelines.
•     Collaborate with our team to uphold Swan Bay’s elevated standards of excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

•     Professional painting experience (interior & exterior).
•     Basic maintenance skills—comfortable with small repairs, patchwork, and touch-ups.
•     Strong attention to detail and a commitment to craftsmanship.
•     Ability to work independently while also being a team player.
•     Physical ability to lift, climb ladders, and work in various conditions.
•     A positive attitude and a strong work ethic—we hustle with heart!

Pay: $18.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
