Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the in-house production studio, overseeing all aspects of content creation.
- Shoot people and products in both studio and remote locations.
- Stage and light sets, operate cameras, and handle sound recording.
- Direct talent and crew during filming to ensure high-quality output.
- Perform post-production work, including editing, visual effects, motion graphics, and sound design.
- Color grade and finalize video content for various platforms.
- Engage in graphic design tasks such as photo editing, layouts, mood boards, and mock-ups.
- Maintain the content management system, including data and asset management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a content production role, with a strong portfolio showcasing technical skills and creative talent.
