Responsibilities
- Putting client needs first is deeply rooted in our culture and at the core of everything we do. In providing excellent client service you will:
- Prioritize day-to-day tasks and issues
- Operate with a proactive approach with clients
- Complete & process servicing requests
- Maintain database programs
- Respond to client inquires as needed
- Opening, as needed, closing & transferring of accounts
- Follow-up as necessary with vendor companies and clients
- Resolve any issues regarding new accounts, transfers or amendments
Skills
- Proven working experience as a financial adviser, controller, planner, specialist or relevant experience
- Track record of successful financial guidance
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to demonstrate persistence to achieve quality
- Excellent communication – both verbal and written
- Self-directed initiative
- Process driven
- Strong follow-through
Requirements
Previous experience in processing confidential, detailed paperwork
- Previous client interaction in an office environment
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Insurance licensing required
- Series 65 licensing required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
