POSITION SUMMARY:
The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for ensuring all patient rooms, offices, and other specified areas are kept in a clean and orderly condition as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- One to three years of experience in housekeeping, preferably in a hospital setting
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
PHYSICAL AND MENTAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Physical: Walking - up to 80%
- Standing - up to 80%
- Kneeling - up to 50%
- Sitting - up to 10%
- Pushing - up to 25%
- Bending - up to 50%
- Squatting - up to 50%
