Ideal candidates will have:
- Previous Hospice experience
- Dependable and a team player
- Understand the hospice philosophy
Requirements:
- RN
- Valid current drivers license
- BLS / Current
- Experience with hospice patients, case management
- Excellent assessment skills
- Accountability and willingness to be part of a growing team
- Flexibility
This is a pay per visit position plus mileage
