Duties:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
- Check guests in and out of the hotel using the hotel's computer system
- Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries or requests
- Assist guests with information about the hotel, local attractions, and amenities
- Handle guest complaints or concerns and provide appropriate solutions
- Process payments and maintain accurate records of guest transactions
- Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction
