We are a family-owned legal recruiting search firm operating out of California and Washington. We are hiring an Operations Specialist, who will support our team of legal recruiters and maintain accurate and current data in our CRM system, Salesforce.
The ideal candidate will enjoy independent work, have strong attention to detail, and thrive in a collaborative environment. Once trained, you’ll manage your daily tasks independently, primarily focusing on maintaining the information in our database, which is the foundation of our work.

This role will be either a hybrid position (working from the Bainbridge / Poulsbo WA area) or fully remote (with home residence in CA or WA). This is a part-time position, approximately 20 hours / week, 4 hours / day. Compensation : $35-$40 / hour.
