What are the responsibilities and job description for the Trusts & Estates Litigation Associate position at Swan Legal Search?
We are working on an exciting opportunity to join a full-service law firm in San Francisco.
The ideal candidate will have 3-6 years of experience practicing in trusts & estates litigation and / or pre-litigation adversarial trust administrations. This attorney will sit in the firm's litigation group and work closely with two T&E litigation partners in the San Francisco office. Commercial litigation experience is a plus, but not required.
More specifically, the candidate should have experience representing professional fiduciaries, lay fiduciaries, and beneficiaries in all stages of disputes, including counseling clients before litigation, representing clients in alternate dispute resolution negotiations, and handling aspects of trust and estate litigation, from the trial court level through the appellate process.
