Position:
Patient Care Coordinator
Pay: $25 - $28 per hour (DOE)

Key ResponsibilitiesPatient
Communication & Coordination
✅ Answer a busy, multi-line phone system, direct calls appropriately, and provide expert knowledge regarding clinic processes, services, and products.
✅ Greet patients warmly and create a welcoming atmosphere.
✅ Assist patients with check-in and check-out, including insurance verification and payment processing.
✅ Schedule appointments and coordinate follow-up visits to ensure seamless patient care.
✅ Review and verify patient health insurance, demographics, and referral information for accuracy and completeness.
✅ Maintain open communication with patients through phone, email, or written correspondence to ensure continuity of care and address inquiries.
Customer Service & Sales
✅ Educate and guide patients on relevant treatments, skincare products, supplements, and additional services that align with their wellness goals.
✅ Confidently present and promote Swan Medical’s treatment packages, skincare products, and wellness programs to help patients make informed decisions.
✅ Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, ensuring they feel supported throughout their wellness journey.
✅ Follow up with patients on their experiences, results, and satisfaction with treatments to enhance engagement and retention.
✅ Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying patient needs and recommending services that will benefit their health and wellness.
✅ Maintain detailed knowledge of all services and products, staying up to date on the latest advancements in Intimate Wellness, Aesthetic Wellness, and Longevity treatments.
✅ Assist with managing inventory, maintaining product displays, and supporting marketing efforts for promotions and new services.
Administrative & Operational Support
✅ Perform general administrative duties, including faxing, e-filing, and managing patient records.
✅ Assist with patient billing, payment processing, and insurance claims, ensuring accuracy and timely submissions.
✅ Communicate with insurance companies to facilitate authorizations and verify coverage.
✅ Maintain cleanliness and organization in patient areas, treatment spaces, and workstations.
✅ Identify urgent patient needs or operational issues and escalate them as necessary.
✅ Support team members to create a positive and collaborative work environment.
