Job Description :
The Production Supervisor for Swan is a key leadership position where the individual leads 40 personnel in the manufacturing of Compression Molded parts utilizing 22 Hydraulic Presses. Responsible for maximizing the safety, operational efficiency and growth of their department. The Swan business is poised for outsized growth and is seeking developmental leaders to learn the operation and help us take it to the next level.
Organizational Structure :
As a Production Supervisor for Swan you will report directly to the Production Manager. As a Supervisor you will lead two Team Leads, Senior Operators, Operators and 40 employees. As a Production Supervisor you will work closely with your shift’s Tool & Die team, the Quality Assurance Team and the Maintenance team to ensure your shift is prepared to win the day.
Location / Travel :
This position is based in Centralia, IL and is not expected to travel unless for specialized developmental opportunities. You will be based on one of the four shifts that run our plant 24 / 7. This will include nights and / or weekends.
