Salary Range $55,000 - 69,000 with opportunities to earn additional bonuses after 90 Day Probationary Period. Individual Offers determined based on training, experience, and demonstrated skills.

- Serve children between the hours of 8 : 00am -5 : 00pm in a variety of settings; our Lancaster center , client homes, and community settings such as preschool, daycare, and elementary schools.

Contingencies
Must have PA Behavior Specialist License in good standingMust have / obtain current ‘clean’ background clearances required by IBHS, MA, and other relevant PA State RegulationsBillable Client Services minimum requirement 90-100 hrs / month; bonuses for consistent hours above 100 per month after 90 Day Probationary PeriodMust be available to serve clients in multiple locations within Lancaster CountyMust be available to provide services, attend meetings, and support supervisees Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pmCompensation
