No nights. No weekends.Required Minimum Qualifications:
- Meet the Qualifications for ‘Provider of BHT-ABA Services’ as per PA IBHS regulations:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must hold at least a high school diploma or equivalency.
- At least one yearexperience working with children with or without a behavioral health diagnoses.
- Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
- 3 positive professional reference checks, including one from former/current direct supervisor.
- Proof of clean and clear state required background checks that were done within a year of start date with SESD.
- PA Child Abuse Clearance
- PA State Criminal Check (aka ‘PATCH’)
- FBI Fingerprinting done through Department of Human Services
- Presents proof of state required Mandated Reporter training (within 5 years of taking) and accepts role as Mandated Reporter.
- Has completed the IBHS required 40 hours of training in ABA or holds Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician from the BACB.
- Minimum of one year’s experience working with children who have a behavioral health diagnosis.
- Other specific training in, and/or experience in, implementing ABA principles.
- A desire to pursue work in early childhood, ABA, education, psychology, or related field.
