Seeking immediate employment Monday through Friday to support clients:
in our Lancaster Center, client homes, preschools, daycares, elementary schools and community under the on-going, weekly training, direction, and supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA). We will provide all necessary training, and you will be paid for your training!
Minimum Qualifications:
Free ABA Fieldwork Supervision provided for those pursuing their BCBA and/or PA Behavior Specialist License

- 8am to 12pm at Rorhstown Road
- 9am to 1pm in Lititz, PA
- 1:30 or 3:30pm to 5pm Manor Township
in our Lancaster Center, client homes, preschools, daycares, elementary schools and community under the on-going, weekly training, direction, and supervision of a Behavior Analyst (BA) or Behavior Consultant – ABA (BC-ABA). We will provide all necessary training, and you will be paid for your training!
Minimum Qualifications:
- Highschool Diploma or GED
- 1 Year Professional Experience with Children
- Clean & Clear Background Checks
- Current or former childcare workers including nannies, daycare professionals, pre-school teachers, kindergarten or early elementary teachers
- Anyone who has worked professionally as a children's activity facilitator, sports coach, or camp counselor for young children or been part of similar ongoing activities
- Anyone interested in education or who enjoys children
- Anyone who has worked with or directly as a BHT-ABA
- $18-$20 BHT-ABA 1, entry level, rate depends on experience and training
- $20-$22 BHT-ABA 2, RBT, rate depends on credentials and experience
