What are the responsibilities and job description for the Technician L2 position at Swanktek, Inc?
Qualifications:
- Associates degree or higher in Automotive Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience with 3D scanning technology and software (e.g., Romer/Poly works, FARO, Artec, Geomagic).
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with CAD software such as CATIA V5/V6.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively in a team environment.
- Experience in interior performance testing and capacity measurement, especially cargo volume and other catalogue measurements.
- Excellent time management, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to perform light hand-work tasks, including mock-up of parts into automotive interior to confirm performance proof of concept.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and documentation skills.
- Knowledge of automotive design and manufacturing processes is a plus.
- Valid driver’s license.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $23.09 - $30.80 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
