Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with 7 to 9 years of experience to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Data Governance Functional, Data Governance, CCM - Data Mapping & Integration, CCM - Tech Business Analysis, CCM - GENERIC, and Business Analysis & Planning.
This role is hybrid and requires no travel.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the analysis and documentation of business requirements for data governance projects.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks and policies.
- Provide expertise in data mapping and integration to ensure seamless data flow across systems.
- Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct thorough business analysis and planning to support project goals and objectives.
- Ensure compliance with data governance standards and best practices.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather and validate business requirements.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and data flows.
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or risks.
- Support the development of data governance training materials and programs.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure alignment and understanding of project objectives.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to project teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of business analysis and data governance practices.
Qualifications:
- Must have strong experience in Data Governance Functional and Data Governance.
- Must have expertise in CCM - Data Mapping & Integration and CCM - Tech Business Analysis.
- Must have experience in CCM - GENERIC and Business Analysis & Planning.
- Should possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Should have strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Should be able to work effectively in a hybrid work model.
- Should have a proven track record of successfully delivering data governance projects.
- Should be detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Should have experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
- Should be proficient in creating detailed documentation and reports.
- Should be able to facilitate workshops and meetings effectively.
- Should have a strong understanding of data governance standards and best practices.
