Role Overview:
We are seeking a Client Partner to focus on deepening relationships and driving growth within existing client accounts in the networking and security domain. This role is critical to expanding our engineering, IT, and R&D services portfolio with current clients while ensuring excellent delivery and satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a trusted advisor, leveraging technical expertise in networking infrastructure and cybersecurity solutions to identify opportunities and deliver value to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Growth & Retention:
- Focus on expanding our footprint within existing client accounts in the networking, cybersecurity, and telecom sectors
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
- Foster long-term relationships with C-level and senior IT/ Engineering leaders to ensure client satisfaction and retention
Consultative Selling & Opportunity Identification:
- Work closely with clients to understand their evolving business needs and recommend customized technology solutions
- Identify opportunities for new service offerings, and cross-selling across IT, engineering, and R&D services
- Lead discussions on cybersecurity challenges, infrastructure needs, and emerging network technologies
Client Advocacy & Relationship Management:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring smooth communication and delivery of services
- Provide strategic advice on network security, cloud adoption, SD-WAN, and SASE solutions to align with client goals
- Ensure high levels of client satisfaction, engagement, and renewals
Revenue & P&L Ownership:
- Own revenue growth targets for existing accounts, with a focus on expanding service offerings and improving profitability
- Partner with delivery teams to ensure timely and quality delivery while maintaining positive client relationships
Key Qualifications:
10 years of experience in account management, client partnerships, or business development within the IT/engineering sector
Experience in networking and cybersecurity services, including SD-WAN, cloud security, and threat management
Proven ability to grow existing accounts, build deep client relationships, and deliver business results
Strong background in consultative selling and understanding of client pain points in networking and security
Familiarity with cybersecurity compliance frameworks and industry trends
