Swann Dermatology Partners is growing dermatology service provider based in southwest Missouri. Our headquarters are in Springfield, Missouri where we have 2 medical offices. We also have offices in Lebanon, Monett and Hollister, Missouri. We are professional, agile and our goal is to deliver world-class dermatology care to those in our communities, including Mohs surgery for skin cancer and cosmetic procedures.

We are looking for a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide exceptional care to our patients in Harrison, Arkansas and Branson, Missouri. The ideal candidate will have experience in dermatology or procedure-focused primary care (urgent care, ER, family practice) and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. The provider will be responsible for performing physical examinations, diagnosing and treating skin disorders, biopsying skin lesions and educating patient patients about their skin. Responsibilities:
- Work alongside a board-certified dermatologist both in-person and remotely.
- Learning to assess skin disease.
- Skin exams, biopsies, suturing, liquid nitrogen treaments.
- Provide patient education and counseling on dermatological conditions.
- Perform physical examinations and diagnostic tests related to dermatology.
- Prescribe medications and treatments for skin conditions.
- Perform minor surgical procedures such as biopsies and suturing.
- Monitor patient progress and response to treatments.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $95,000.00 - $165,000.00 per year
