Position Description :
The Assistant Director of Nursing / (SDC) develops and implements job skills training, in-service education, orientation and onboarding or new staff. The purpose of the role is to assure our building is a great place to work and receive care by making certain our staff are welcomed, competent, and supported in their development. Our SDC is a key contributor to workplace culture, promoting and upholding our organizational values.
