Were passionate about creating high-quality products that stand out on and off the course, and we pride ourselves on fostering a dynamic and collaborative work environment.Key Responsibilities : Manages and oversees the utilization and data integrity of our PLM softwareManages the creation & maintenance of our GTM (go-to-market) Calendar for all collectionsEnsures the product team adheres to dates outlined in the GTM CalendarAssists the product team in the execution of the key tasks / deliverables articulated in the GTM Calendar, including but not limited to : Utilizing monday.com for efficient and effective project and task managementTraining & mentoring product team across design & developmentLeading weekly product team meetingsProposing creative direction to leadership for adoption Analyzing sales data among several sales departments including : Green Grass, Web,Corporate, and Retail to inform direction of the lineWorking with the marketing team to solicit product feedback (eg. proactively survey customers on product feedback, etc.)Creating the Line Architecture based on sales data, feedback, and product trendsActing as the liaison between the sales team and product team for product feedback (and educating the sales team on how to provide constructive, timely feedback)Acting as the liaison between the product team and supply chain / demand planning to assure we stay on scheduleIdentifying key daily responsibilities / priorities for the members of the product teamEnsuring timely communication with our factory partnersEnsures the product team has the resources it requires to execute its work, including : Managing the hiring of new product team members (as needed)Managing freelance / ad hoc contractors (as needed)Oversees the execution of our custom product program, working collaboratively with team members in our operations department to assure timely and accurate delivery of our custom productsProposing pricing tiers for our wholesale and retail pricepoints by : Consolidating costing from our factory partners and negotiating on our behalfCollaborating with sales to understand pricing impactsCollaborating with finance to ensure we adhere to our margin targetsWorks collaboratively with leadership to bring the vision of the Swannies brand to life through the timely execution of the above responsibilities Required Experience Working in apparel / textilesWorking with costing / sourcingWorking in / with product driven PLMs (centric, etc.)Working in monday.com or similar project management softwareSwannies is an equal opportunity employer.
