Salary: $25.00 DOE with $1.00 shift differential
Monday-Thursday, 8:00 PM - 6:00 AM

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:
- Stock and organize inventory efficiently
- Operate embroidery equipment (training provided) when needed
- Perform thorough quality assurance checks on all products
- Pack orders with precision and care, ensuring proper presentation and protection
- Work independently to maintain excellent warehouse organization and inventory accuracy
- Maintain accurate inventory records using warehouse management system
- Perform regular cycle counts and inventory audits
- Keep warehouse clean, organized, and prepared for next-day operations
Additional Responsibilities:
- Assist with heat press operations and screen-printing tasks as required
- Handle administrative tasks related to inventory and order processing
- Assist with other warehouse duties as assigned
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to lift and move up to 40 pounds regularly
- Stand and walk for extended periods, bend, stoop, reach, and climb regularly

Experience:
Required:
- Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong self-motivation and reliable work ethic
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Experience maintaining accurate records and inventory
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks
- Comfort with both manual labor and administrative tasks
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems
Desired:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Experience with inventory management systems
