Maintenance Person
Salary Range: To be negotiated
Qualifications Required:
Education: Able to communicate, read and write proficiently in the English language.
Experience: Maintenance of buildings and grounds including, but not limited to, general carpentry, painting, small engine repair,
HVAC system general maintenance, landscaping and turf management. Ability to operate commercial grade
landscaping equipment, bucket tractor and plow truck.
Other: Acceptable CORI and fingerprinting. Current driver’s license. Basic knowledge to maintain and repair commercial lawn
and garden equipment, electrical motors, heating, plumbing and electrical systems, fixtures and circuits. In good
physical health, the ability to provide manual labor (snow removal, landscaping, maintenance of grounds, heavy lifting,
etc). The ability to comprehend work orders and specifications. Availability and wiliness to respond to emergency call
back seven days a week, 24 hours a day.
