What are the responsibilities and job description for the Machine Operator 1st Shift position at SWANSON WIPER CORPORATION?
We are hiring Machine Operators to join our team! We are hiring for 1st shift machine operators. We work a 48 hour work week.
1st shift: Monday-Thursday 6am-4pm (10 hours) Friday 6am-2pm (8 hours)
Swanson Wiper is a contract paper converter that converts non-woven wipers.
Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safety policies and procedures
- Complete paperwork in entirety and accurately
- Operate, maintain and clean manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Complete work orders and requests in a timely fashion
- Work in a team environment
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing or other related fields
- Familiarity with manufacturing machinery and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Operating experience required (3 years)
- Converting experience preferred
- Communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
