We are looking for an experienced and reliable Counter Person to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, accurately processing orders, and handling cash transactions. The ideal candidate should have a friendly and outgoing personality, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and possess strong problem-solving skills. We are looking for someone who is passionate about customer service and has the ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Opportunity to advance into Equipment Sales.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Answer customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Operate cash register and process payments accurately.
- Keep track of inventory and restock shelves as needed.
- Assist with other tasks as assigned.
- Must be able to follow directions.
- Excellent customer service. Able to communicate and interact in a positive and professional manner.
- Basic Computer skills.
- Knowledge of rental equipment.
- Prefer experience in the rental industry.
- Sales experience preferred.
- Good interpersonal skills.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
