Qualifications:
1.Must have and/or be capable of attaining an Ohio Teaching License in Family and Consumer Science prior to beginning employment and have a Bachelor’s Degree in Family and Consumer Sciences Education or a related field.
2.Maintains a record free of criminal violations that would prohibit public school employment.
3.Effective communication, problem solving, and time management skills.
4.Ability to work with a wide variety of staff and students towards a common vision in various building settings.
5.Display flexibility, reliability, self-discipline, and a willingness to work through challenging tasks.
6.Embodies high ethical standards/integrity. Accepts responsibility for personal decisions/conduct.
7.Nonviolent Crisis Intervention (CPI) training may be required for some assignments.
