We are currently seeking an Activity Assistant to join our exceptional team of caregivers!
Responsibilities of an Activity Assistant:
- Assist with organizing and planning activities that enhance the well-being and enjoyment of our residents.
- Engage residents in meaningful social, recreational, and therapeutic activities.
- Get to know residents personally and tailor activities to their interests.
- Encourage and motivate residents to participate in activities.
- Adapt activities to accommodate residents with varying cognitive and physical abilities.
- Assist with event setup, execution, and cleanup.
- Maintain accurate records of resident participation and progress.
- Work collaboratively with the Activities Director and other team members to create a positive environment.

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in activities, recreation, or a related field is preferred but not required.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
