Job Summary
This position is responsible for assisting the Business Manager in performing the financial functions of the school district. The successful candidate will have a strong finance background and be able to maintain accurate records and reports.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain district accounting system, entering revenues, expenditures, and receivables.
- Review and enter all deposits into the software system.
- Prepare invoices for receivables as required.
- Assist with facilitating local, state, and federal financial compliance reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting preferred.
- Strong computer skills and knowledge of UFARS.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
