As we expand our reach and deepen our customer relationships, we’re looking for a highly organized and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to support our Sales department in building and maintaining a powerful contact and communication ecosystem.
Job Summary
The Administrative Assistant – Sales plays a critical role in organizing and streamlining our sales communication efforts. This position focuses on sourcing contact information from a variety of digital platforms, organizing and categorizing contact databases, and managing outbound email communications. If you're detail-oriented, comfortable with digital tools, and thrive in a dynamic sales-driven environment, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
- Pull and compile contact information from online sources such as LinkedIn, company websites, industry directories, and other social and professional platforms.
- Organize and categorize contacts based on industry, location, product interest, customer status, or sales funnel stage.
- Maintain and regularly update CRM and contact management systems.
- Assist with the setup, scheduling, and execution of targeted email marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to ensure accurate targeting and messaging.
- Track campaign metrics (open rates, click-throughs, etc.) and assist with reporting.
- Provide general administrative support, including scheduling, file management, and documentation.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- or administrative role, preferably in B2B or manufacturing environments.
- Experience with email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, and other contact/database research tools.
- Excellent organization and data management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proactive, dependable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.25 - $19.22 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
