Head Basketball Coach

Swarm AAU Basketball is actively seeking dedicated and passionate coaches to join our elite coaching team for the upcoming Spring 2025 AAU season. As a coach with Swarm, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the basketball skills and character of our players.

Position Overview: We are looking for committed coaches to guide and mentor our Swarm teams during the upcoming AAU season. The season spans 2-3 months and involves one practice per week, conveniently scheduled after 5pm. Additionally, coaches will lead our teams in 4-5 tournaments held on weekends.

Qualifications:

• Previous coaching experience
• Passion for developing young athletes
• Availability for one practice per week and tournament weekends
• Positive attitude and strong communication skills
• Employment contingent upon successful background check

Compensation: Coaches will be compensated based on their experience and qualifications, recognizing the valuable contributions they bring to our program.

About Swarm AAU Basketball: Founded in 2008 in Central Massachusetts, Swarm has rapidly grown to become the largest club basketball program in the country. With seventeen regional locations spanning across 18 states, we cater to boys and girls in grades 3-12 at various skill levels.
