We are looking for a committed and passionate Watch Polisher with a serious eye for quality to join us and play a pivotal part in our customer’s experience. To allow us to achieve customer excellence, we are looking to recruit an experienced Polisher with experience in servicing a variety of luxury Swiss made watches.

Job Description
- Skilled in the use of felt and variety of buffs, including lapping
- Responsible for polishing stainless steel and precious metal components
- Cleaning using ultrasonic equipment
- Adhere to scheduled completion dates
- Ensure that supplies and materials are reordered as needed
- Special projects as required

Professional Requirements
- Impeccable attention to detail and ability to clearly follow and where needed, switch between detailed instructions
- Experience of working towards set targets
- A self-motivated individual who is able to deliver high standards of quality, in line with Brand standards
- A strong interest in developing a long-term career with the Swatch Group
- Two years’ experience in polishing of precious metals and Stainless steel preferred
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent manual dexterity
