Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
Sway Creative Labs () is in search of an innovative and driven Art Director to join our vibrant team. This role is ideal for someone who wishes to merge their creative vision with strategic insights, significantly influencing our projects and client relationships.
Requirements :
3 years of experience in art direction, preferably within an agency environment
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Proficiency in digital design platforms, specifically Figma
Proven ability to craft visual concepts and coordinate all aspects of the creative process from inception to completion
Exceptional design sensibility with a keen eye for visual details
Solid understanding of branding, marketing, and content creation across both digital and print media
Ability to lead and inspire teams of creatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables
Excellent communication and presentation skills to clearly articulate visual strategies to clients and team members
Occasional travel and attendance required in office and on set
Experience in directing photo and video shoots, including an understanding of lighting and composition
Familiarity with the latest trends in design and technology
Core Responsibilities :
Lead the visual development of creative projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and brand standards
Direct and supervise the creative team to develop and execute compelling visual strategies
Design and oversee the production of media across digital and print platforms
Engage in client presentations to discuss and demonstrate the visual approach of campaigns
Collaborate with other department heads to integrate creative concepts with overarching campaign strategies
Oversee and coordinate the logistical aspects of project productions
Benefits :
Remote Work Affordance. For the duration of your employment at Sway, except in instances of occasional and pre-scheduled in-person meetings, and wherein your attendance is needed on set, this role will be 100% remote
15 Paid Vacation Days. Days reset at your start date and do not roll over. Youll have the ability to withdraw a negative balance of up to 5 days, and you begin the year with your days already afforded
17 Paid Holidays. Your Birthday, New Years Day, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, the Monday after the Super Bowl, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Juneteenth, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Friday after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and week between Christmas Eve and New Years Day
Two-Hour Windows. So long as the privilege is not abused, we offer each employee 2-hour leave windows at the beginning (9am - 11am EST) and end of the workday (3pm - 5pm) to tend to any appointments like unexpected child care challenges, doctors visits, home maintenance, etc. that do not count against your allotted paid time off
Health Plan. All employees are eligible to enroll in one of (3) Group Optima Health Plans; with Sway covering 80% of employees cost and 50% of your dependents
Dental Insurance. Sway pays 100% of employees United Concordia Dental Plan
Yearly bonuses. Unless otherwise stated, you will be eligible to receive a year-end bonus based on your performance, to be determined in Sways full discretion. Payment of bonuses is on the second paycheck of November each year. Additional bonuses may be awarded throughout the year based on your own (including your efforts in generating new business via your own relationships) and the companys performance, to be determined at Sways discretion
Retirement Benefits. Sways 401K policy offers a solid foundation for your retirement planning; we match your contributions at a 1 : 1 rate for the first 3% of your pay, and then add an extra $0.50 for each dollar you contribute on the following 2% of your pay
