As an emerging front-runner in business development and client relations, our firm is dedicated to helping our clients establish, build, and manage their local market presence for specialized telecommunication products and services. We believe in delivering world-class services to our community, from executing sales presentations to answering client questions. Our business development team ensures we continue to expand our client's customer base in the local area through the use of highly customized sales campaigns. Currently, we are in the process of hiring a Business Development Trainee to join our locally-based sales team immediately.
What you will be doing as a Business Development Trainee:
- Qualify, educate, and enroll newly qualified customers on our client's products and services
- Adhere to compliance and training requirements to offer appropriate products and services
- Aide in fostering a cohesive, team-oriented environment while understanding and enforcing our cultural values
- Assist the business development management team in exceeding established goals for the team by driving sales revenue and increasing customer retainment
- Handle all customer relations issues in accordance with company policy and promote a positive customer experience
- Stay current on our client's products, services, and sales by participating in meetings, conferences, in-office training, and networking events
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of each department’s (e.g., management, operations, sales) daily processes and goals
- Gaining knowledge of our company policies, protocols, and processes to embrace our mission fully
What we are looking for in a Business Development Trainee:
- Degree or coursework in business, management, or related field
- Experience in a leadership, management, or coaching role is strongly preferred
- Ability to expand brand recognition and customer base through sales campaigns
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, one-on-one and with a team
- Ability to complete our accelerated management training curriculum
- High focus on customer relationships, customer contact, and community-focused consulting
- Proven track record of selling and maintaining customer-based relationships
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present, and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Exceptional public speaking and delegation abilities
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed
