We are looking for a passionate and caring individual to join our Community Outreach Associate and sales team.
As a Community Outreach Associate, you will assist our marketing department with sales and outreach efforts. With excellent promotional skills, you will act as an expert resource to educate and inform potential customers of essential services they may qualify for. Community Outreach Associate Responsibilities:
- Directly interact with the community and build meaningful relationships by taking part in community outreach efforts and sales campaigns
- Act as the primary point of contact within the community for addressing all sales inquiries, questions, and concerns with a friendly and positive attitude
- Keep comprehensive records of all sales transactions and outreach activities to measure campaign success
- Collaborate with community outreach associate team members to compile an active index of customer feedback to develop and improve outreach strategies
- Conduct live presentations on all products and services to ensure customer understanding and foster loyalty
Community Outreach Associate Qualifications:
- Prior experience in community outreach, sales, or customer service-related position
- Natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with team members
- Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills
- Ability to start within the next 1-2 weeks
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $42,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

- Harlingen, TX: Relocate before starting work (Required)
