Primary Responsibilities of an Entry Level Account Manager:
- Execute sales campaigns and educate consumers on the benefits of our client’s products and services through live presentations
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all order adjustments, price quotations, purchase orders, and billing inquiries
- Participate in in-person meetings and virtual conferences regarding our client’s expansion to retain fresh product knowledge and maintain compliance
- Work cross-functionally with our fellow account management, marketing, sales, and customer service team to create and implement a more effective, competitive marketing strategy
- Increase customer satisfaction and build customer loyalty by active listening, consultative relationship building, and empathic communication
