About the Role
The Director of AI will be a builder, researcher, developer and thought-partner to the Swayable CEO and CTO. Their job will be to discover, prototype and prove out the highest-value applications of cutting-edge AI across business operations, product and fundamental research.
This is a unique opportunity to take advantage of unique resources to advance the leading edge of applied AI. Those resources include the world's largest dataset of RCT survey experiment results, an established team of top software engineers and scientists, academic partnerships, and a direct line into existing enterprise customers so that prototypes can be quickly ramped up into in-market products.
About You
You have a very up-to-date background in AI including active development, deployment and / or fine-tuning of large language models. Credentials are less important than direct evidence of extraordinary ability, and being tapped into the latest development in the field, up to the minute.

- Own the strategy and implementation for Demand Generation, creating a comprehensive approach that aligns to company goals and go-to-market strategy
