Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
· Greet guests as they enter the parking lots for events at PNC Field.
· Handle on-site payments for the reserved and/or general parking areas.
· Direct efficient and effective parking flow in the reserved and/or general parking areas.
· Provide direction to guests in finding the ticketing area or entrance gates.
· Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

· Adhere to SWB RailRider’s organizational policies and procedures.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Have a passion for working with and helping people.
· Maintain a positive attitude when dealing with adverse conditions.
· Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
· Ability to stand and/or walk for long periods of times and move freely about a gravel parking lot.
· Flexible Scheduling: Availability to work the majority of home games, as well as other outside events. Working weekends (Friday through Sunday) is a MUST.
· Treat EVERY guest as if it's their first time coming to the ballpark.
· Smile, be friendly, and have a fun time.
