We are currently hiring for a Part Time Payroll and Human Resources Coordinator. The incumbent in this position will process bi-weekly payroll and provide administrative support to the Human Resources Department. This is a Part Time position for 20 hours a week and is 100% in office.
Responsibilities:
- Process Payroll for all four office locations within ADP WorkforceNow, including the creation of files for 401(k) and HSA processing
- Maintain records for NY state professional licenses.
- In collaboration with HR Generalist, handle registration and travel arrangements for Finance-approved professional development training/conferences.
- Assist in maintaining employee records in ADP Workforce Now and Deltek VantagePoint (database).
- Assist with employee orientations and new hire processing
- Assist with the creation of new employee documentation.
- Assist with the creation, distribution and tracking of employee performance appraisals
- In collaboration with the entire HR department, maintain HR files; Archive HR information. Update standard forms and templates.
- Handle generic phone calls coming into Human Resources.
- Typing, proofreading, copying, and scanning as needed.
- Other miscellaneous tasks as assigned.
Requirements:
- Associate’s degree in business administration/human resources preferred,
- 1 years of payroll processing experience, preferably with ADP WorkforceNow, or another enterprise system
- Intermediate Abilities with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Teams), previous experience with Enterprise HRIS systems
- Confidentiality – maintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and information.

Base Salary Information: $23.74 - $27.53 per hour
The above salary ranges represent a good faith range for incumbents of these positions. Actual offers will be based on experience, education level, and demonstrated skills and will be at the discretion of the employer.
