Job Description:
SWC is looking for a detailed-oriented client services clerk to receive and upload consumer payments and other correspondence into the internal record keeping system.
Specific responsibilities include:
- Input text-based and numerical information from source documents.
- Provide occasional administrative support.
- Sort and organize hard copies of paperwork after entering data electronically.
- Review data for deficiencies or errors.
- Review and respond to dispute documentation received through the mail.
- Assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
- Provide data entry support across departments on an ad-hoc basis.
- Type in data quickly and efficiently
- Manage and maintain sensitive and confidential information, ensuring it is handled securely and in compliance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Process payments batches received from different sources
Requirements:
- Ability to use basic Excel with good typing skills.
- Ability to prioritize work to meet client deadlines.
- Ability to compare data with source documents to detect and correct errors.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently while maintaining high accuracy.
- Ability to work with confidential data.
