Role Description
FT on-site Sales & Client Service Representative Stamford, CT. Candidate will be responsible for supporting the sales team in managing client projects, order entry, coordinate delivery and installation of furniture systems, scheduling and maintaining project calendars, customer billing and managing customer communications. Position will be responsible for tracking sales progress, maintaining vendor and pricing information, and providing general administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in an office furniture industry, interior design, architecture, or logistics preferred.
- Well-versed in project coordination, sales support, and administrative functions.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, QuickBooks, Experience with AutoCad or industry software a plus.
