You will be responsible for the strategic development and day-to-day operations of our e-commerce platforms, ensuring a seamless and successful customer experience.
Responsibilities:
- Strategic Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive e-commerce strategy to increase website traffic, conversion rates, and revenue.
- Online Store Management: Manage the online store, including product listings, pricing, promotions, and content creation.
- Website Optimization: Oversee website design, usability, and user experience (UX) to optimize for conversions.
- Data Analysis: Analyze website traffic data and customer behavior to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Marketing Campaigns: Develop and manage online marketing campaigns across various channels (e.g., SEO, PPC, social media).
- Collaboration: Work with web developers and designers to maintain and improve the functionality of the e-commerce platforms.
- Performance Monitoring: Manage and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as sales, conversion rates, customer acquisition cost (CAC), and customer lifetime value (CLTV).
- Trend Monitoring: Stay up-to-date on the latest e-commerce trends and technologies.
- Webmaster Role: Oversee our in-home websites, D2C platforms including anzzi.com and steamsaunadepot.com, among others. Ensure their optimal performance, security, and functionality. Coordinate with developers to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements.
- Advertising Leadership: Lead advertising efforts, including PPC campaigns, and possess broad digital marketing experience.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the team to ensure advertising and promotional efforts are effective and align with business goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in e-commerce management or a similar role.
- Proven track record of success in increasing online sales and conversions.
- Strong understanding of e-commerce best practices, including SEO, PPC, and social media marketing.
