Position Summary:
Drive the growth and success of SWEAT440 through a primary focus on community outreach to generate grassroots leads and effectively manage the lead funnel. In addition to lead generation, support the Sales and Operations Manager in growing gross revenue and maintaining a strong studio presence through performance-driven social media and community engagement efforts.
Key Performance Metrics:
1. Community Outreach & Grassroots Lead Generation:
- Plan, coordinate, and execute monthly grassroots events
- Generate grassroots leads to drive into the studio
- Maintain communication with leads to ensure they reserve and take their first class
- Manage the grassroots lead funnel from initial contact through conversion
- Develop partnerships with local businesses and organizations to support lead generation efforts
2. Support Sales & Operations:
Assist the Sales and Operations Manager in achieving key performance metrics:
- Conversion Rate
- Churn Rate
- Achieve net positive membership growth each month.
Provide in-studio leadership, coaching staff on sales techniques, and fostering a high-performance culture.
3. Social Media & Brand Visibility:
- Manage the studio’s social media presence while maintaining brand standards and expectations
- Regularly secure 5-star Google reviews through member engagement and community initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Plan, lead, and oversee all grassroots marketing events, ensuring consistent lead flow.
- Build and maintain relationships with local organizations to support community outreach efforts.
- Track and report on grassroots lead metrics, providing insights to optimize strategies.
- Support the Sales and Operations Manager with day-to-day studio operations and revenue-driving activities.
- Coach and develop studio staff to excel in sales, customer service, and operational excellence.
- Ensure compliance with all SWEAT440 brand standards and operational policies.
- Manage studio-specific marketing campaigns and social media content planning.
- Promote special events and engage members to drive community involvement.
- Oversee studio cleanliness, equipment maintenance, and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in community outreach, sales, or grassroots marketing.
- Strong leadership, management, and communication skills.
- Experience in the health & fitness industry is preferred.
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- Certification in personal training, group fitness, or small group fitness by a national accredited association.
Work Schedule
- Minimum 30 hours per week in-studio during operational hours.
- Minimum 10 hours per week dedicated to events, social media, and planning.
