We are seeking qualified and experienced Instructors and Trainers to join our staff. Canidates with group fitness experience will be considered. We're interested in hiring high energy candidates with a passion for helping members achieve their health and fitness goals. The ideal candidate will be able to motivate people, foster an environment of teamwork, meet all of the physical demands of the job and have the ability to work well with others. Part time positions are available. We are currently seeking people with evening availability.
Job Responsibilities:
- Upholding safety on the studio floor during every shift and daily comprehension of studio workouts.
- Offering postural modifications to members when needed to support existing injuries, safety and maximizing results.
- High energy floor presence at all times.
- Hands-on motivation & encouragement to class attendees pushing them to exceed their fitness goals..
- Results driven acknowledgement to members.
- Ensure first time attendees are set-up for success through proper class orientation and trainer coaching.
- Floor management, upholding time keeping & station moves.
- Responsible for ensuring that the facility is clean, maintained and operationally sound, always.
- Ensure daily sanitation of equipment and fitness floor is upheld.
- Daily workout set up and tear down for next day’s operation.
- Accountable for assisting with studio sales by connecting first-time clients with the Leader on the shift to present the membership option to them.
- Assist with lead generation.
Operational Responsibilities:
- Provide and maintain the highest level of customer service always.
- Cross-trained in admin related duties including client check-in, member sales to assist when necessary and other studio upkeep to support the team.
- Promote special events for the studio.
Qualifications:
- A passionate, positive and high energy individual who strives to provide a world class fitness experience all of the time.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a fitness coach.
- Possess a nationally accredited certification.
- Current CPR certification or to be obtained within three months of start date.
- Outgoing, enthusiastic, energetic and personable.
- One year minimum customer service experience, preferred.
- Excellent verbal skills.
- Must be proficient in spoken English.
- Must provide documentation of legal U.S. residency.
- Ability to work and function in a TEAM Environment.
- Flexible to work early mornings, day, evening and weekend hours as needed by demand of the studio.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 3 – 9 per week
