Job Summary
The SWTHZ assistant studio manager plays a critical role in helping the studio manager lead and motivate the team to deliver an exceptional guest and member experience that drives membership growth, retention, and revenue. You will be a passionate advocate for the SWTHZ brand, embodying our core values of integrity, respect, fairness, and excellence.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Sales and Membership Growth
- Achieve studio membership and revenue goals : Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement strategies to attract new members and retain existing ones.
- Provide exceptional sales support : Coach and mentor sales associates on effective sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Track and analyze membership data : Monitor key membership KPI’s and use insights to form strategic decision making.
- Partner with marketing team : Actively participate in marketing initiatives and promotions to drive awareness and generate leads.
Leadership & Team Management
Help the studio Manager coach team members : Provide effective training and coaching to ensure all team members possess the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. Lead by example : Demonstrate exceptional work ethic, communication and customer service skills, inspiring your team to do the same.Performance management : Implementation effective performance management practices, including setting goals, providing regular feedback, and conducting performance reviewsOperational Excellence
Maintain a clean, inviting, safe studio environment : implement and enforce hygiene and safety protocols to create a comfortable and enjoyable experience for all guests and membersManage studio cleanliness : Allocate cleaning staff in a manner that keeps attrition under 7%Identify and implement operational improvements : Keep a strong pulse on your studio. Continuously identify opportunities for improvement in the team and member experience. Implement effective solutions as needed.Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED requiredDegree in a related fieldCardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and Automated External Defibrillator Certification (AED) received through in person training requiredSpecialized credentials preferred or equivalent work experience or education in specialized functionMinimum Work Experience and Qualifications
2 years of experience in a sales environment.Experience with relationship-based selling, building value and overcoming objections.Physical Demands / Environmental Conditions
Must be able to lift 50lbsPhysical efforts required for daily duties including squatting, bending, reaching, spotting, jumping, and prolonged standing and walking
