As we continue to scale, we are seeking a detail-oriented Franchise Business Consultant to join our team and play a pivotal role in driving our national expansion.
Reports to: VP of Sales
As a Franchise Business Consultant, you will be responsible for driving franchisee
business results within an assigned portfolio. The FBC will provide leadership and
coaching to franchisees on all things within the SweatHouz franchise system. This role is
expected to discuss the state of the business and provide recommended support,
tactics, training and tools so the franchisee thrive.
Responsibilities:
- Accountable for owning the Franchisee relationship, achieving both revenue and
EBITDA targets, and leading change for success by ensuring execution of ourfranchise systems
- Achieve portfolio objectives in the areas of new unit store growth, sales, and
profitability by ensuring execution of national & market specific business plansand campaigns
- Partner with Franchisees to develop growth plans, using insights, data, analytics,
knowledge, and franchise system tools
- Partner with appropriate cross-functional teams such as Sales, Product
Marketing, Development , Training, Finance & Operations Support to deliverfranchisee support
- Identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement within your
portfolio
- Deliver complex and/or difficult messages to franchisees.
- Conduct growth & brand compliance reports to ensure adherence to brand
standards
- Establish and build a trusting relationship with franchise partners by conducting
virtual support calls and valuable & purposeful studio visits to improve businessresults
- Ensure your network is brand and systems compliant, and bring corrective
measures if necessary in a partnership-first approach
Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field
- With a minimum of 5years of proven experience in a multi-unit operations or
consulting, QSR and/or franchisee experience preferred
- Experience in a multi-unit environment, knowledge of retail sales, operations and
financials
Required skills:
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, including public speaking, with
an ability to clearly articulate concepts and programs to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements, strong analytical skills.
- Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects and requests
simultaneously, within an intense, deadline-driven environment.
- Proven ability to build relationships and work effectively with others at all levels
of an organization
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, hold accountable, develop, and direct.
- Proficiency in computer skills, i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, PowerBi, etc
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 50% of the time. (Some overnight travel required)

- Travel is seasonal. Minimum 25% of the time, up to 50%
