Job Summary
SWTHZ is seeking a highly motivated Sales & People leader to join our dynamic Growth and corporate studio team. The Regional Manager will oversee all things performance at SweatHouz Dallas studios, beginning with our West Village location. This is a high impact, high effort role – Your work will make a significant impact and contribution to the growth of SWTHZ, for which you will be rewarded. Key factors include, but are not limited to, overseeing and driving revenue and sales, studio operations, customer experience and community impact, managing resources, monitoring financial performance, identifying and addressing operational challenges, recruiting and training talented staff, and maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction collectively to foster a positive brand image. Ultimately, a skilled and strategic Regional Manager serves as a linchpin in the company's success, aligning regional goals with the overall objectives of the organization.

What you will do
- Coach, develop, and manage all employees in your assigned region
- Tackle new challenges with a high sense of urgency
- Be a player/coach and lead with implementing the SWTHZ sales model. This includes contacting leads and scheduling them into their first session, welcoming prospective clients and converting them to members and following up with missed sales.
- Assemble, lead and train a team of talented sales and education specialists, as well as studio managers, to achieve monthly sales targets and service existing customers.
- Network and execute grassroots marketing initiatives in your studios community by leveraging our head offices events team
- Oversee studio expenses such as payroll, marketing budget, and more
- Participate in weekly leadership to evaluate yours and your team of studio managers’ performance numbers and build actionable plans together.
- Reporting: Providing regular reports and updates to senior management on the performance of the region, identifying areas for improvement and growth.

SweatHouz’s Regional Manager will be evaluated on the following metrics. Surpassing these metrics successfully for a calendar year will open growth opportunities.
- High employee retention
- NPS scores maintained above 85%
- Low studio attrition
- Achieving & surpassing new member monthly goals
- Achieving revenue goals
Qualifications
- 4 years in sales
- 3 year in multi unitmanagement
- Bachelors in a plus, but not required
- Experience with membership sales is a significant advantage
