As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an Inventory Manager/Vendor Supply Manager to optimize our supply chain and drive efficiency in our inventory management processes.
About the Role
In this key role, you’ll oversee inventory planning and vendor supply management for multiple finished goods brands within the pet health space. As a subject matter expert, you’ll drive initiatives to optimize supply chain operations, reduce waste, and support company growth. You’ll also serve as the primary point of contact for supplier accounts, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
What You’ll Do
- Manage daily / monthly / quarterly inventory reporting across Swedencare Brands.
- Manage inventory systems and transactions to ensure compliance with inventory and financial controls
- Proactively define sales and inventory management opportunities which help to deliver on revenue and inventory targets for the business.
- Forecast appropriate inventory levels commensurate with sales forecasts and advise on manufacturing capacity needed.
- Support and lead initiatives to continually improve processes, inventory levels, performance and to optimize operational costs through all stages of the supply chain process.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial, Procurement and Customer Support Teams.
- Mapping out manufacturing timing and increasing transparency with key stakeholders.
- Lead meetings with cross functional groups across multiple areas.
- Create ad-hoc analysis to react to current and future business trends and present findings to senior management.

Reporting & Supervision
- Reports to the Director of Inventory Management & Planning
- May supervise one direct report, with potential for future growth
