The Manager / Director of Quality Assurance at Swedencare North America is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring a quality strategy across multiple vertically integrated companies throughout North America. This person will serve as a subject matter expert and identify ways to optimize quality and compliance to mitigate risk and facilitate the company's growth.
The ideal person in this role will have an entrepreneurial spirit, have a customer focused mindset, be ready to take ownership of multiple projects, prioritize multiple goals simultaneously, be analytical, and be able to derive actionable insights from data. This position will be highly visible within the company and will require a high level of professionalism and objectivity.
This position will be fully onsite , reporting to the Executive Vice President, Swedencare North America.

Responsibilities :
- Identify, define, drive, and lead key actions to enhance the Quality planning processes and ensure consistency of SOPs across finished goods brands coming out of two distribution centers in Tampa, Florida
- Support and lead initiatives to continually improve processes, audit readiness, reporting and to optimize operational costs through all stages of the Quality process
- Proactively define Quality KPI's and opportunities to ensure best in class process and infrastructure for the group
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders such as Finance, Commercial, Procurement, and Customer Support Teams
- Mapping out manufacturing timelines and increase transparency with key stakeholders
- Lead Meetings with cross functional groups across multiple areas
- Create ad-hoc analysis to react to current and future business trends and present findings to senior management
- Lead the development of all SOP materials, training requirements, and implementation of a training program to ensure the highest level of readiness
- Work closely with the Director of Warehouse Operations to ensure proper storage, compliance, and certification is maintained for each facility
- Review and confirm any and all claims made on finished goods labels and provide technical writing expertise as necessary
- Travel up to 10%
